RicMor Construction Inc. was established in 2004 in Bridgewater Massachusetts by Gregory Morris and Michael Rich. Gregory and Michael were previously contractors who applied fireproofing in the Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts area.
The construction company currently employees twenty-five full time field technicians and two full time office employees. The main focus of business of the construction company is spray application fireproofing and intumescent fireproofing in commercial buildings. The business has a large warehouse which holds all the construction equipment as well as materials and contains a separate office space within.
The majority of sales comes largely from new commercial builds, construction bids and locally known general contractors. In addition, many of their jobs come from referrals and recommendations. These jobs can be contracted by bid information and union location
